1. Engineering: Project stage is the apt time for planning safety. while management have the obligation to make the work and environment safer by using all available latest techniques, Govt. agencies should exercise more control of the project stage itself. Highest level of safety could be achieved through engineering controls only.
2. Education; Research in India and abroad has lead to the conclusion that over 98% of the accident are due to the human failure.If adequate steps are taken to overcome human failure by proper education 
3. Enforcement:Enforce the employees to do safe action, give them penalties
4. Enthusiasm:Production is higher is they do their job from mind, give employees a awards 
5. Evaluation:  Evaluate the performance.
